Shipping on Returned Items:
If your item is defective we will send you a replacement of the same title along with a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE). The SASE will be pre-dated and must be sent on or within 1 day of that dated label. USPS gets picky about such dated labels. If the item you are returning is not received by Adult Factory Outlet and tracking information doesn’t show "enroute", you will be billed for that product along with all associated shipping costs. Customers returning unopened product(s) to Adult Factory Outlet will be given store credit less shipping charges.
Any defective DVD may be returned for exchange only, unless that title is out of stock and is not expected to be back in stock within 7 business days. Only then will the customer will be offered a refund in the form of store credit. Unopened DVDs may be returned for store credit only. All returns must be accompanied with your invoice and be sent back to us within 30 calendar days.
